The Kentucky Jump$tart Coalition is now taking applications for the 2021 Teacher of the Year Award! This award honors a current Kentucky teacher in grades K-12 who demonstrates an exceptional commitment to teaching financial literacy topics and motivating students to learn about personal finance.
The grand prize is $300, which can be used for financial literacy classroom materials or to attend a related training, such as the Jump$tart National Educator Conference. This year’s award is made possible by Class Act Federal Credit Union.
Nominate yourself or someone else for this prestigious award and be recognized by your peers for all the working being done in the classroom to teach financial literacy! Applications are due May 3, 2021. Winners will be notified by June 15, 2021.
